Positive sponsorship promotes the unique qualities and potentials within others. This allows the group or individual to feel relieved and relaxed, appreciated and acknowledged, secured and satisfied, motivated and committed, and to perform beyond expectation. Interestingly, real sponsorship is often ignored in many different settings. In this workshop, you will get to know the principles and skills of positive sponsorship to enable the sponsored to grow and develop to the fullest degree.
Susanna Wong (MA) is the founding President of Professional Trainers Toastmasters Club, Immediate Past President and past Vice President Education of Kowloon Toastmasters Club. She is a confident and passionate speaker who never ceases to entertain and challenge her audiences with new and insightful perspectives. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she was the champion of both English and Mandarin Humorous Speech Contests (2015) at Division Level.
Susanna is a professional in the field of talent management and has years of training, coaching and mentoring experience in different schools and organizations. A certified global NLP master trainer, she is also an instructor for the gifted and talented programs at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her teaching methods, training styles and coaching skills are known to be stimulating and invigorating.
Susanna obtained her Bachelor degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, where she was inspired to embrace and experience diverse cultures and lifestyles. A true global citizen, Susanna has travelled to over 150 cities in more than 30 countries, studied in Hong Kong, Toronto, New York and Santa Cruz, and conducted trainings in Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Barcelona and Berlin. Highly flexible and versatile in her approach, she is able to understand and adapt well to the learning interests and needs of individuals.
