As Toastmasters we strive for change – as Trainers/HR specialists we may ‘preach’ change – as professional people we may profess that change is a continuous process, but how many times do we derail even the possibility of change for ourselves, by secretly saying, “I wish I could change this or that – BUT I CAN’T!” Well then, this symposium is for you! Or at least the first session with Malcolm Brocklebank may assist you to overcome the issues that seem to stand in the way of you developing, positively.
Malcolm will be challenging you to complete a series of activities that will require you to think differently about how to face confusing issues, and creatively overcoming the challenges. We should all be aware that we only really utilize a small portion of our brains, but Malcolm will challenge you to extend your ability to devise new thinking pathways and processes, to really discover if you can change for a more active brain at any age.

Malcolm is a Senior Director with Board-level experience in strategic visioning, recruitment/HR and new business development, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
He is an innovative individual but a team player, with passionate, and future-orientated vision, leveraging private company, commercial and public organisation experience to mobilise and support effective initiatives, in China, across the Asian region and around the world. Multi-faceted contributor with verifiable success in service industries, business-to-business, financial and professional services, and industrial products. Malcolm has also effected marketing programmes and recruitment, training & development activities across a wide range of industries in more than a dozen countries.
Malcolm is a consummate communicator, an inspirational speaker, building collaborative relationships (both internal/external) and gain buy-in for new ideas, and driving marketing successes within organisations. He has demonstrable expertise in the creation, and delivery of change by supporting leaders and positively influencing teams within business and commercial organisations.
